Win 7 Pro 64-bit computer
XP Pro SP3 computer
Microsoft Security Essentials
Microsoft Security Essentials is installed and enabled on both the XP and Win7 computers.
I have Administrative account "MyAccount" on both computers with same password.
The Win7 computer does not see the XP computer in Network and Sharing Center.
Disable Microsoft Security Essentials (settings) on the XP computer only.
Now, from the Win 7 computer, I see the XP computer and can get to shared files on the XP computer.
With Microsoft Security Essentials on the XP computer enabled, it is preventing the Win7 computer from seeing the XP computer. Is there a setting somewhere to correct this? Thanks in advance.
