Is there any way to upgrade from windows 7 home premium (OEM) to windows 7 professional (vol license) without re-installing please?

I have the volume license keys, but obviously these don't work if I try an Anytime Upgrade.

dism.exe /online failed with error 50

'SLUI 3' failed

'slmgr.vbs -ipk' failed

Trying to fool the robot on the telephone activation line failed.

Does anyone have any ideas please? Thanks very much.
