Krzyzewski, who turns 70 next month, had a fragment of a herniated disc removed at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina, and is expected to spend the next four weeks recovering. "Coach K" has a 1,056-323 record over more than 41 seasons, the first five at Army before taking over the Blue Devils in 1980 and guiding Duke to five national titles, the most recent in 2015.
