My ZT Systems desktop does not list a "Windows Universial Serial Bus Controller" in it's Device Manager. I am trying to install an Apple Ipod and my computer can't locate the appropriate driver. I spoke with both Apple and ZT Systems Tech Support and the Ipod installs on my laptop and all other devices I try are recognized by my ZT Systems desktop. I am told I need to down load the USB host controller but don't know how. I would appreciate any suggestions other than "restoring" my computer. I can't afford to lose all my information. Thanks.
