User CP problems?

Hi, I've been trying to go in to use the User CP so I can be notified when people respond to threads and all of that etc... but I everytime I click onto it I get an error message saying that theres a "slight problem"????

Yes indeed there has been a User CP problem for many days now and there is already a thread about it...Only the admins can do something about it I'm afraid but...nothing so far... Here's the thread...
