Or why the specific post count? Just have it normally. Let's face it, it's not exactly a privilege.

Just have it: when you reach a certain post count, you get to change it. But if you are VIP you can get instant access to it.

ill go for post count. just let ppl change their user title once per 100 posts.

I honestly don't know how to set it so that you require a certain amount of posts but it has been activated for all users now..
