USMT 4 XP to Win7 not migrating network printers

Per the USMT guide http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd560792(WS.10).aspx network printers are supposed to transfer along with mapped drives. I've reviewed both my scanstate and loadstate log files and neither are shedding light on why this transfer isn’t occurring.
In the config.xml file i've changed the following entries to "yes":

Anyone have any ideas?
