Hi,
i'd like to migrate from Win XP 32bit to Win 7 64 bit. Starting USMT on the source give me this error.
Here is my scanstate.log:

I don't have any idea, google didn't help me. I restarted the computer several times, no improvement. What are these temporary profiles, where can i find them, how can i delete them ? Under "documents and setting" i don't see a profile which has "temp" or "tmp" included in its name. Also in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList" i don't see any hint for a temporary profile. The same in Computer ==> Properties ==> Advanced ==> User Profiles ( I hope my translation from german to english is ok).
Trying Eazy Transfer gives me a similar error (i also try to translate): "you are logged on with a temporary profile. Please restart the computer and try again"
