By Girish Gupta CARACAS (Reuters) - Venezuelan opposition lawmakers said they were attacked by pro-government groups during a protest at the electoral board headquarters on Thursday to demand a recall referendum against President Nicolas Maduro. The incident came amid rising tension in Venezuela, where a deep economic crisis is fuelling increasing protests over chronic shortages of food and other goods, as well as organized marches to demand Maduro's departure. Lawmakers tweeted photos of National Assembly majority leader Julio Borges with blood dripping from his nose and mouth and spilling down onto his shirt and suit jacket.
