Ok so I wanted to have a little fun and ask for video ideas for all other songs on Minutes to Midnight if they were released as singles. This excludes Wake, What I've Done, and Bleed It Out
Here are mine..waiting for yours
Given Up- A guy wakes up in the morning and takes drugs and stuff then he gets in his car and it explodes. Then later shots show that the entire city is burning. In the heavy riff part the ground cracks upon and lava shoots out
Leave Out all the Rest- Theres a guy and a girl and the guy has his bags packed and is leaving somewhere. Flashbacks show how the couple fought in front of their kids. The guy leaves but the girl chases after her. They kiss before the guy leaves for the bus on a rainy night.
Shadow of the Day- A girl is sitting in her house in wedding dress crying. Flashbacks show that she left the guy he was going to marry on their wedding and ran away. She rips all the congratulation cards and then commits suicide
Hands Held High- This would be like what I've Done with stock footage. In between there's footage of a soldier in Iraq with his platoon. They get ambushed. Theres explosions everywhere. The stock footage show politicians and senators. In the end the entire platoons die with a fade image of george bush.
No More Sorrow- The beginning theres an empty desert. Then tanks and planes start rolling in and its the beginning of the iraq invasion. Theres footage of the band playing. Theres loads of explosions.At the end it shows the earth from space and then the world turns into chester's eyes and he closes them
Valentine's Day-A couple are about to enjoy a Valentine's day dinner but end up fighting and the woman leaves
In Between- A couple breaks up(agaain!!! i know..lol) and the guy is trying to get the courage to talk to her but can't they run into each other several times but both are left speechless
In Pieces- I'm running out of ideas here..you tell me one
Little Things Give You Away- The beginning shows an airshot of New Orleans after the hurricane. And then waves as they wash up on the beach and the aftermath of the city. The solo shows the airdrops and the military coming in. At the end it shows people who died despite the fact that the military came in
