hi all of my icons on my descktop have changed to windows media every time i click on an item windows media pops up i`ve tried system restore in safe mode cant do anything i have tried restoring in normal mode still no luck cant open my downloads about nthe only thing i can do is get online i have cleard everything into my external hard drive i cant even scan with anti virus or anti spyware totally up the creek i cant even get my drive to work
