Vista Business to Windows 7 Professional Upgrade failed....

Now I have a PC that couldn't install the upgrade and WILL NOT rollback to my previous version of Windows. An attempt to rollback starts, then it reboots and tries to restart windows...fails....reboots again...and again..... advance option tools have not assisted in solving this problem. PLEASE Help me!!
