By Lawrence Hurley WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Friday upheld some gun restrictions in Washington, D.C., while striking down others, including a requirement that gun owners re-register every three years. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said six of the 10 regulations in question were lawful. The court was divided 2-1, with one judge, Karen Henderson, saying she would have upheld all 10.
