RoyalOrleans
What did you get for Christmas? I got... 1. I got a Coleman Lantern. 2. A red and black UGA hoodie. 3. Socks, toiletries, and small hand tools in the stupid stocking my mother does every single year. 4. A roadside tire repair kit. 5. A bunch of fudge, peanuts, cashews, and cookie filled tins. What did you get? Quote To be the Man, you've got to beat the Man. - Ric Flair Everybody knows I'm known for dropping science.
ImWithStupid
So far, just a bunch of gift certificates. Oh well, I'm looking forward to January 2nd. That's when I'm gonna have fun.
builder
I got a swag of presents, which is unusual for me. Strangely enough, I got a remote controlled four wheeler that does some pretty amazing shit. I thought I'd opened the wrong box. My sister gave one to all the adults. We were having races and shit. It was good fun. Oh, and I got laid. Quote Persevere, it pisses people off.
angie
I made out pretty good. Got several Yankee Candles, a Red Sox hoodie, clothes and toys for baby. Gift certificate for my favorite restaurant (and a promise of unlimited babysitting from my parents), gift certificate for Ruby Tuesdays, a bottle of wine, a food processor, some aromatherapy lotions, and lots of chocolate . The one shitty thing I got for Christmas? I got fucking sick. Couldn't sleep last night because my throat hurt so bad. Feels a little better this morning. Which is good since my doctor is closed today. Fucking daycare. Ahh well. Good excuse to eat lots of ice cream. snafu
I got a nice new office chair. I kinda liked my old one but we won't tell. I'll have to break this one in. Leather kinda sucks when your naked. But the gift cards will go towards new computer speakers and maybe a new printer. scout
Should be huh. They were great. Mom and sister had the honor, bless thier little hearts. All I had to do was go through the trash cans and retrieve my "good" stuff. Still pissed they took the old windows I was slowly working on to hang on the walls. They don't think I could finish them. Ahhh, my house my stuff. My cat is still leary and confused. They moved his food bowl and he is still going back and forth to find it. Shut the door on his litter box........Poor Bob. Lethalfind
Before I left on the trip from hell, I bought myself a new cd/mp3 player for my truck and a pair of nice headphones for my portable cd player. My Mom gave me money which I used to have some routine maintenance on my truck while I was in Texas at the dealership where I actually bought it before I moved to Florida. The biggest thing I got for Christmas was the realization that living in Florida is the best place for my daughter and I. I enjoyed watching my daughter open her presents and look forward to playing with them as well. My Mom got her a Disney Princess TV (which of course is pink) and I got her the matching DVD player. We got her some new DVDs and video games for the Game cube as well as some jewelry. I had to celebrate with my sister seperately (long story). She gave me a pressure washer (I so needed one) and my daughter a gameboy DS. The best gift was coming back home to my own bed and the peace and quiet. No one yelling, no one watching me etc. On New Years I was driving, at Midnight I was near Jacksonville, FL and we arrived home about 1:30am. I forgot probably the coolest thing, I got a voted a free premium membership to WYPO. That was a cool surprise to come home to. I missed talking shit with you guys and finding a message from Phreak when I logged on was way cool. Quote I am a pathetic piece of shit leeching single mom. But thank you I appreciate your kind words Even if you think your parents will be better off it still has to be a little frightening, wondering what changes that will bring to your life. I imagine it might take some time to fully understand. I came to the conclusion over the holidays that I need to drink more...WAY MORE. Quote I am a pathetic piece of shit leeching single mom. I don't think my parents will be better off, at least not my mum. She's a weak type of female, she needs male figures in her life that love her, for strength. and she gets lonely very easily.
