I have a file on my computer called 4ri3cpttav.exe For some reason, I don't have permission to view, change, or delete it. All of my computer's permissions have been removed and I cannot activate security functions (it says I dont have permission). All the answers I can find about this file name are in spanish, and I don't speak it. I have had a ton of computer problems lately, and this just seems to be the latest. Thanks for any help!
