Everytime I open up my explorer it says there was an error. Why? And every time it is closed it doe the same thing. This never happened with the old explore and I never asked to download this, does it do it automatically now? And why is it so hard to get help form you guys? I paid good money for your services and seem to get nothing. Kinda wishing I would have one with Apple now
