i want to know what the rep bar is for, how do u get rep, and how do u give people rep?

u give rep by clicking on that blue-grey box next to the online/offline under ur avetar...

you cant rep ur self

and u get rep by being a good member and making good posts i guess ><

It's just popularity points. It's the same as the karma system they have on other various internet forums.
