Well, they've got a 40 minute set with Jay Z. It'll probably be much like their set that they played at the MFR benefit concert.

MTV, their university station mtvU, and sister station VH1 have all announced they will be simulcasting the Live 8 concert series as it happens July 2nd on their respective television stations.
The stations will not focus on one concert only, but will rather jump back and forth from various cities showing select performances. Logic leads us to believe Linkin Park will be one of those bands, but we're not guaranteeing anything. The special will air from 12:00PM EST until 8:00PM EST.
We'd like to remind visitors that AOLMusic.com will have the entire concert available streaming from their website as it happens.

Ruin it or not, it's pretty significant that they'll probably be performing the tracks from Collision Course for only the 3rd time live and most likely will not play them again... I'd say the 3 performaces (@ the Roxy, MFR and Live 8) will rank among the most unique of LP's career. How often can they collabotare with another multi-platinum artist of a completely different music genre?

I really can't wait to see what they perform although I have no idea! Any of their songs, as long as it's for the full 40 minutes and they're on stage! I'll probably catch it on VH1 or on the internet. WO0T! I really can't wait ^.^

Lol probably. Or maybe they'll just do a couple of the collision course songs, and let Jay Z do some of his own stuff (Bleh, can't forget that can we lol), and then Linkin Park do their own stuff. LP deserve the 40 minutes to themselves lol. They're big as it is and so is Jay Z! I would like Numb to be performed And a place for my head. Umm any of their songs will do!

As much as I want to see LP perform solo... Their set is so long because they combined theirs and JayZ's. They've been practicing/rehearsing since last week in NYC (from what my sources tell me)...I didn't expect Mike to do any Fort Minor stuff either

You have a lot of sources ^.^ Does come in useful here haha! I guess 40 mins is quite long compared to the 15 minutes that we thought they were going to be playing originally. It's going to be a pretty **** awesome concert anyway!!!
