I start the scan (should be automatic, but when I am gone for a weekend, I shut my computer down). So today, I got to work and had a hard time running the update and scan. I believe the scan finished... but I can't get it to update. It starts the process but them a few minutes into it, it stops... and give no error messages. I have windows xp.
