Marshawn Lynch ran for 122 yards and a touchdown while Russell Wilson threw for another touchdown as the Seattle Seahawks routed San Francisco 20-3 in an NFL game. The Seahawks on Thursday improved to 3-4 while the 49ers, who fell to 2-5, went 1-for-11 on third-down conversions and managed only eight first downs while punting nine times. Seattle has swept San Francisco by a combined score of 56-13 in their past three meetings as the team tries to reach the Super Bowl for the third year in a row.
