Win7 cannot detect DVD drive which is working correctly

My win 7 has suddenly stopped detecting my DVD drives, even though they are still visible  and said to be working properly in Device Manager, and have been located in Troubleshooter. But Troubleshooter was unable to fix the problem.

Can anyone please assist?
