Windows 7 does not have the "d3drm.dll" file.

I have a program (Broderbund 3D HomeArchitect Delux 3.0) that requires the file "d3drm.dll", but it is not present in Windows 7.  The program worked for Win XP, SP2 & SP3.  Is there a solution or work-around for this problem?
