Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade on toshiba laptop with Vista premium completes installation, fails on reboot and rolls back to Vista. There was one error on the first try. I deleted the application and rerun the install. The install ran with no failures, but when system rebooted to start windows 7, got a message replying windows 7 could not be started, retoring Vista.
