Windows 7 / outlook PST folder redirection

I have been using GP for years to do folder redirection for " My Documents" but always allowed PST to reside on the local hard drive. Now with windows 7/server 2008 i want to separate the 2 with the new GP. the default folder redirection moves the my docuemnts fine but also moves the outlook pst file to "my documents/outlook" which kills outlook performance and eats drive space like crazy. i have sales guys who never delete ANYTHING!

can anyone give me insight as to separate the two?
