Hi, i have a problem with a syspreped windows 7 image where it will not install the keyboard (or mouse) driver if they are inserted after the computer has booted into mini-setup. keep in mind that if the keyboard is plugged in before mini-setup runs then it works fine (this is not a solution for my situation though).
here is a more detailed explination.
If the USB keyboard is not present during the original Plug and Play detection
process, when a computer boots into mini-Setup after Sysprep is used, the USB
keyboard is not correctly set up and will not function.
