Windows Defender Offline program downloaded and burned into cd fine.
Inserted cd, restarted pc, Defender program displays Starting Windows with animated color logo and goes no further.
Have to press reset to quit and reboot pc.
DEP set to Turn on for all programs and services except for those I select.
Permanently turned off Norton Internet Security firewall and antivirus components then shutdown pc, waited 1 minute before restarting pc.
Windows Defender Offline Beta 32-Bit freezes during bootup process stated in line 2 above in Microsoft Windows Professional SP3 with security all up to date.
What's the solution?
