windows installer msi "marked for deletion"?? !!! What happened !? Security Essentials failed to Download ... instructions told me to remove and re-install !

I was surfing... I picked up a pop-up which seemed harmless enough... I clicked the ( RED X ) to remove it from the Screen and continue ( Right ? _ ) ?? WRONG.

The Smart Anit-Malware ( product ) Sales popup locked and latched a demo version on the Computer. I have this screeching Griffin in my ears at the worst times and scares the #@%_+)( #@_+%) out of me at times when I am Reading.

Well anyway the pop-up ; disables Microsoft Security Essentials and will not allow it to Scan the computer when ( I got Suspicious ) ... I went to go get another copy of the program and it will not download in the instructions it states that I have to un-install the old program and remove any and all Anti-Malware programs that I have on the computer... Click on Start ... click on run ... type in Sevices.msc ... come to find ou the "Service" Boots the Computer ! I now have a computer that does not boot without the assistance of a back-up disc... to download the drivers and place them in there proper places. The windos installer Service program is marked for deletion and I do not know how to reverse the deletion.??? Continue on with the installation of Microsoft Security Essentials / And Defender , ... scan the computer if the pop-up can be located from its embedded hidden place other than C:/Documents and Settings...

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\85555c\SA855_8034.exe" /hkd ( there ) ... (( whew )) ... !! Why is the Internet turning into a Sales Tool?

Everything is being offered Free ( but with ) a Credit Card Number to Register !?? And this you know dips into the cookie-jar ! ... ( that is a no no !! )
