Original Title: Windows Installer Not Installed Correctly. What to do for Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 2?Someone inferred that System Mechanic may be the culprit so I have disabled every System Mechanic function that I can find but still need to re-install Windows Installer correctly somehow. Cannot find any answers on the forums that I have searched. Can someone please help?
