Windows7 Ultimate on MyBootCamp - windows/installer directory is missing

I recently bought Windows7 Ultimate and install it on my Mac with the use of MyBootCamp. Overall Windows environment does work but I have issues with software installation, I got messages that setup application cannot access to c:/windows/installer. In

fact, it is not a problem of rights (run as administrator) but the directory is simply missing in the tree (showing hidden files). Do you have any tips on the subject?? thanks
