I can't get Windows Mobile Device Center to open in Win 7 Ult 64. Error Message: wmdc.exe - Net Framework initalization error, unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application. Odly enough, I have win 8 on another partition and it found the phone with win 6 std and installed wmdc on its own. Any ideas on getting WMDC to work on win 7 and recognize the phone. Its a T-Mobile Shadow. Also, the two mobile device services will not start.
