yuterx.exe - files on memory stick are now shortcuts and the file cannot be accessed

Good day to all. Folders in my memory stick turned into shortcuts and when i try to open them, the following message comes up: the item yuterx.exe that this shortcut refers to has been moved or changed. I scanned the memory stick with microsoft essentials and malwarebytes. Both say that the memory stick is clean. What can I do.
