Do you honestly think for ONE MOMENT that a doctor would tolerate that? I can tell you probably not.

One thing your forgetting, if they filmed everything a doctor did, they would open themselves up to lawsuits when the doctor does something wrong. If the procedure is filmed but it was filmed for another reason, it would have to be surrendered in such a case.

So a doctor shouldn't have to be monitored because they might be sued if they do something wrong, but a cop or someone else shouldn't have the same level of trust?

That's like saying a doctor who fucks up and endangers someones life should be protected from being sued, but a cop who just infringes on someone's rights should be able to be burned at the stake.

That's the biggest piece of double sided crap that I have ever heard.

Here in the states Federal law would prohibit something like that. I'm sure you've heard of HIPPA (Health Information Privacy and Portability Act). It not only says that patients information has to remain private but within an organization like a hospital, there are certain people who have no right to access patient information, different levels of clearance if you will. Human Resources making sure an employee is doing their job has no right to access private health information.

HIPPA is the most misunderstood law in the US. Everyone says that they can't do shit or say shit to cover their asses, because they aren't sure what they can or can't do.

I'm all for people being held accountable for their actions. That includes cops, doctors, road grader drivers, or whatever, but to single out one profession over others that can be held to this standard goes against what this country is even about.

There are bad people in every profession, saying that all cops or doctors or whatever should be watched through a magnifying glass because of the actions of a few is a bunch of crap. If you get a shitty burger at McDonald's one time or poor service one time, you don't expect that from every McDonald's or employee of McDonald's.

By saying what I did,I'm not saying I agree with it all...

As for HIPPA, I had to listen and study more about that bullshit then I ever wanted to. I would like to forget I ever heard about it

Re: Ismael Mena

Boo Hoo Hoo...what a crock of shit.

To answer the initial article. 2000+ search warrants executed in NYC and only 4 wrong addresses! That a 0.2% failure rate. Pretty fucking awesome if you ask me.

Now back to poor Ismael.

1. He was an ILLEGAL immigrant from Mexico. In this country illegally. A fugitive of the law.

2. He had a loaded GUN in his apartment.

3. When the police entered, he picked up his gun the police ordered him to drop it, but instead this mother fucker fired it at the police.

4. In response, the police killed him with automatic weapons fire. 8 rounds.

Good! One less mother fucker illegal in this country who broke the law to get here and then broke the law and somehow obtained a gun and bullets!

Unfortunately, the family wasted no time finding a scumbag Mexican attorney (with the help of the Mexican government) to sue the police department for $5,000,000 USD.

The department settled for $400,000 and the fucking family took it. Why not, they are now rich Mexicans, eh? Oh and the dirt bag lawyer got a cool $160,000 from it.

Nice. How about you going to Mexico, stealing a job away from a citizen of Mexico, buying a gun in Mexico (oh wait, they are illegal - oh that won't stop you) and then when the Mexican police break in your door with a search warrant then shoot them, they kill you, and then have your family sue Mexico for big bucks?!?

Right...

I say it again...Boo Hoo...

Fucking dirt bag.

Bleeding hear liberals make me want to puke. When will they ever tell the truth about what really happened in a story.

AS far as I am concerned, if you are here illegally, then you should have NO rights. YOU ARE NOT A CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY, YOU ARE A CRIMINAL!

.

I put no stock in religion. By the word "religion" I have seen the lunacy of fanatics of every denomination be called the will of god. I have seen too much "religion" in the eyes of too many murderers. Holiness is in right action, and courage on behalf of those who cannot defend themselves, and goodness.
