It was quite high. Clinton was the most internationally respected president that this country has had since John Kennedy. Bush, on

the other hand, is considered to be a moron by the rest of the world and is universally despised. Bush has taken us from the high

ground that this country once occupied down into the muck where the other countries that sanction torture reside. Bush has taken

our Constitution and wiped his ass with it as he continues to break the law, spy on us, and do whatever else it is that Cheney tells

him to do. History will judge this man very harshly as the worst president in U.S. history.
