And back to the golf club analogy. When I go to the range (about 5 times/week...and that's where I am heading at the end of this message), I decided ahead of time what gun I'm taking. I might take two, but I don't take ALL of them on one day. I have guns for CCW, hangun targets, and rifle targets. (I don't hunt). There are guns in different calibres, so that I can shoot cheap 22s at the end of my daily ammo budget. So that is why I have more than one gun....not "to be armed", but to enjoy a hobby. It is like practicing at a golf driving range with one or two clubs. I'm going into this detail because I don't think you have a complete perspective on what typical gun owners do with their guns.
