Why would you need more than one handgun a month?

You'll note I didn't quote him as Mayor John Street.

I don't believe that the one gun a month law addresses the "social problem".

I also don't believe Nutter is willing to address the underlying

problems either.

Since what Lou was doing was already illegal, you're saying that current

laws address the problem and should be more heavily enforced.

Oh, no, that's not what you've been saying, you're saying that a new law

is needed because the criminals are ignoring the current laws.

Just like dealers are shut down for noncompliance with the current laws?

Under 18 U.S.C. 923(g)(3), sale or disposition of more than one handgun

during a period of 5 consecutive business days must be reported in

writing on the ATF Multiple Sale Form. It must then be sent to the ATF

office, and another copy must be forwarded to the State Police or local

law enforcement agency where the sale occurred. A copy of the Form also

includes the firearms transaction record (ATF Form 4473), which

documents the sale or disposition of the second handgun. Under this law,

buyers are not told or given notice that this form is filed with two law

enforcement agencies.

As long as what I'm doing isn't illegal, why should I justify myself to

you or anyone else?

There are laws in place to report multiple purchases.

I believe I brought this to your attention before.

If you /could/ care less" that means you care some.

If you _couldn't_ care less... that means you don't care any.

Just so you know.
