I think your debate skills are just fine. Your an out spoken person and hard headed. Out spoken is just find. It's the hard headed that people find hard to deal with. You won't admit when your wrong (that's if you ever believe your wrong). And I think you don't know when to quit. I do believe you have resentment toward eddo and you can't get passed it. We should all swallow our pride and either concede or drop the subject once it's made it's rounds a few times.

I always think of others, and if I'm wrong, I want to be the first to admit it and would actually love someone to prove it with logic. I do know when to quit for me, and I love eddo and have told him many times.. There is nothing between me and eddo that I can't discuss in front of the world. The resentment is not from me.. I would never want eddo banned from anywhere and would stick up for him if he was..The thing is, he wants me to pretend for his benifit something that is nothing I will ever validate for him.. I care about too much him to do that. I'd rather he hate me..

I spent 20 years validating an abusive women who's debate skillz were identical to juniors.. Biggest hypocrite in the world, personal attacks, insults, screaming, lying, accusing me of being her and getting pissed at me for it, validating her behavior with her family who were identical to her, and relentlessly trying to convince me I made her act that way. To which I would respond, "how do I make your whole family act that way?" ... Never again. It was quite insane.. Sorry. A persons anger can kiss my ass... I'm unaffected, ironically, thanks to her.

 

 

 

Oh, also, I never told a soul for 20 years she treated me that way behind closed doors.. What a relief when I finally did..

See, what I learned after 20 years, was that "letting it go" and eating her sh t was the worst thing I could do for her.. I was more responsible than her.. I enabled her.. And I really did love her, so I refused to shut up and said goodbye.. and still love her, and her me.

 

 

Her brothers and sisters made a great posse once they isolated their spouses and partners to them alone.. She even threatened to kill me.. What a blast. I'm just thankful I wasn't one of the 2 poor girls with her 2 brothers and their kids... Or one of the kids.. Must have been tough on you as a kid.. My girlfriend got out at 10 but deals with it, quite poorly, at 38.. I always understood why she was like that and thought I could help her.. I was wrong. I wouldn't change a thing though, she made me such a better person. She taught me patience and understanding up the ass..

 

 

I feel for ya bud, a kid is not equipped to deal with that and usually follows til death.. Abused becomes abuser, poorly equipped to handle emotions and living a life of self destruction.. A well known fact. There are people to help... Like I said, I was 18 and came from a loving, supportive home. Not perfect, but not abusive.. and it still took a serious toll. I have so much empathy for children and women in those situations.. I totally understand.

Ultimately, this is who he is, and why he eventually gets banned from every board he goes to. I think he is a decent guy, but he has serious issues in dealing with people in a non-confrontational manner- and when he gets upset, he acts like a child- throwing a hey-everybody-lookit-me tantrum. Going around calling everyone hypocrites will cause people to not want to interact with you. Do it repeatedly, and they will be annoyed with you. Make it your life mission, and you will likely be on a board all by yourself, because everyone else will leave (or admins will "encourage" you to leave before everyone else does.)

 

This is nothing new for Wez. You would think he would learn, but he won't. Timesjoke offered him some very decent, non-hateful, advice about previewing his post before he submits it (which Wez has been told many times before by others) and Wez jumped his ass for it. You all saw his obsessiveness in wanting me to discuss something unrelated to this board (and frankly is old news)- he kept pushing and pushing and pushing.

 

He is a troll. Plain and simple. He could be more, but he refuses to try. Ultimately he will turn every post here into his little vendetta against me, TimesJoke, and now you, Brotherman (and if he knew who Bender was, I think he would go after him as well) and his never ending attempts to proves us inferior to him.

 

That saddest part of it all? He goes hardest after those that genuinely try to help him. When he first showed up at thejungle, I tried to help him learn how to use the board and interact in a way that didn't annoy everyone. What does he do? He posts my messages to him and makes himself look like an ass. Babiebec over there tried to do the same thing. He jumped her case.

Phreak tried to help him at GF. Told him about proofreading, previewing, and even editing posts. He jumped on Phreaks ass then too. Just like he did with TimesJoke here. He thinks we're all control freaks.

 

It isn't about control Wez, like you think it is, it's about trying to help you see that your ideas are better presented if you take a bit of time to think about it and how you present it.

 

 

Eddo, why did BB unban me, jump your sh t, and deadministrate your ass as well as leave her own site and hand it over to fecky? I was already banned for a month or more when this took place.. I never asked to be let back. You tried to guilt her and used her friendship as a weapon against her for over 5 years. Nice friend.
