But you better seek the help of an expert when you use it so you know what to delete. Sometimes it may be a toolbar, sometimes it is a browser hi-jack. Most of the time, people are not even aware that they have it and think I am bullshitting them. I can't isolate the exact cause, that is YOUR responsibility to handle. I have a personal policy, that I will "IDIOT BOX" people who have not complied with a request by me to remove the spyware from their computers after I have given then a reasonable amount of time to remedy the situation.. I will check your status once you are again online and if I still see the spyware I will let you know and give you 72 hours to remove it. What is usually monitored, is the website that you visit. This collected data is used to generate advertisements among other things on your computer. I must let you know, if you or anyone else can help me resolve the problem, I would greatly appreciate it. It doesn't matter, just one trojan can spawn many different types of spyware. One site can carry a particularly annoying trojan or spyware that just won't go away. I know because I myself got hit by the damn things within days of going onto the internet on my new laptop.
