timesjoke Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 This story came up and it has me wondering: CBS News Video - Top Stories and Video News Clips at CBSNews.com What would have been the reaction if it had been a black person in the wheelchair and a white officer dumped them on the ground? In a world where the "Dog" and Imus gets fired for what they say, I find it interesting that not even one news group is calling this the same way they would if it was reversed. This just keeps going back to the fact that the news will only call a white racist. Quote

The worst part about it is, either way, black cop, white person or white cop, black person, it probably isn't race related, but I'm sure if it had been a white cop and a black person in the wheelchair, someone would have made a race issue out of it. RegisteredAndEducated Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Sick. I'm tired of the double standard. Quote Intelligent people think... how ignorance must be bliss.... idiots have it so easy, it's not fair... to have to think... WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE TO BE AMONG THOSE FORTUNATE MASSES..... Hey, "Non-believers" I've just got one thing to say to ya... If you're right, then what difference does it make, it wont matter when we're dead anyway... But if I'm right... Well, hey... Ya better be right...
