wez Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 Back in 1989, we invaded Panama.. Here's the story as told by this film from 1992. It's about 1 1/2 hours long but I found it on youtube in like 10 parts. Here they are.. enjoy... pt 1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERdR3Zn3MP0 pt 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J875rzOxMq0 pt 3 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8igrv0sHa10&feature=related]YouTube - The Panama Deception (1992) Part 03 of 09[/ame] pt 4 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izQcPb_OU_I&feature=related]YouTube - The Panama Deception (1992) Part 04 of 09[/ame] pt 5 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPzAK_tlAGQ]YouTube - The Panama Deception (1992) Part 05 of 09[/ame] pt 6 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZDf_PlcLx8]YouTube - The Panama Deception (1992) Part 06 of 09[/ame] pt 7 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nl3u52TBcdo]YouTube - The Panama Deception (1992) Part 07 of 09[/ame] pt 8 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDVdlZYEXIo]YouTube - The Panama Deception (1992) Part 08 of 09[/ame] pt 9 [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HOXeaI8bpxc]YouTube - The Panama Deception (1992) Part 09 of 09[/ame] Quote

wez Posted February 27, 2008 Author Posted February 27, 2008 I remember seeing this about 15 years ago on PBS. Made quite an impact on me. Not gonna see it on prime time, or the evening news. Part 2 finally loaded.. The Iran Contra scandel tie in.. I nearly forgot all about that. I guess that was the idea though.. if it's a secret, it never happened. part 7 is rather interesting.. even with permission, young American GI's are trying to stop filming and interviews of people in the refugee camps.. A 10x10 space with blankets for walls.. Wonder why? Seen it yet TJ? I need some help understanding what I'm seeing.. All the information we're getting out of the pentagon seems to conflict with all the eyewitness reports we're getting.~ Bryant Gumball What the hell is up with that? There was still dead bodies inside cars ~ Roberto Duran.. yeah, the famous boxer. Dan Rather? Former government officials, actual footage, eyewitness accounts? Are all these people lying? I need some help here.. TJ? Anyone? Even though the official US death toll was 550, they do admit that 75% were civilians ?? There were thousands killed.. many, many thousands. What the hell is this crap? Some idiot says it = truth? The facts and pictures say different.. Good thing no one cares.. We are a plutocracy, we ought to face it. ~ Ramsey Clark, former US attorney general. Is this man a liar? Quote
timesjoke Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz I have to agree, lol. Quote
wez Posted February 29, 2008 Author Posted February 29, 2008 Why would a country pass a law saying it can NEVER have a military? Seems odd.. Unless you're Japan and got nuked back to the stone age and didn't have a choice. But we turned the canal over in 2000 .. I guess. What would be worse, being among the 250,000 vaporized by a nuke or being melted by a laser on your doorstep? That's a toss up.. Appears to me we are worse than what we hate and that is why we hate it. Truth is definetly stranger than fiction.. and not nearly as pretty. Close the eyes and think good thoughts.. We are a democracy and your vote counts. Plutocracy my ass.. We have a constitution. Hypocrisy stinks, bad. So do rotting corpses.. Quote
wez Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 Anyone besides me watch this? Quite interesting... Quote
wez Posted August 22, 2008 Author Posted August 22, 2008 Hello? Calling all Americans... Musta been those evil Ruskies behind this atrocity.. Americans don't do crap like this, do we? Funny, we never even claimed attack by Panama before we moved in... I don't judge, label, and look down on people for what I am... Quote
wez Posted August 22, 2008 Author Posted August 22, 2008 Hmmmmmmmm.. vids no longer available.. We'll see about that.. GB senior will be pleased to know they're fixed... Quote
wez Posted August 30, 2008 Author Posted August 30, 2008 Still here.. really happened.. Was the invasion of Panama justified, if so, why the secrecy? I'm feeling a little veclempt... Discuss among yourselves.. Quote
snafu Posted August 31, 2008 Posted August 31, 2008 We built Panama and then gave it back. We put Panama on the map and made it a world wide commodity to import and exports goods around the globe. And geologically speaking, they owed it to the world. Quote "You can't stop insane people from doing insane things by passing insane laws. That's just insane!" Penn & Teller NEVER FORGOTTEN

wez Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 Could a non-Anti American, mature male around the age of 42, who stands in the shadows holding a bat, please come and explain this to me? Thank you... Quote
wez Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 I don't mean to sound like a broken record and dredge up the past but.. well, yeah, I do.. It yet remains to be addressed by anyone but myself. Is the good we fight for and should blindly support with our patriotism? Or is this the evil we need to stand against and eradicate as rational compassionate human beings? Or should we just ignore it and claim wez is a retard? Perhaps Conan and his sword can help me out... I'm confused here.. You'll be happy to know the vids still work.. Please explain.. After this, we can discuss Tim McVie.. Quote
wez Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 Who should be held accountable for this? This was under the same president who sent our troops into battle in the first gulf war. Was that war based on standing up for good in the world and protecting the constitution at all costs as well? This was the father of the man who put our troops back in Iraq, which had Nothing to do with 9/11! How romantic.. Fighting for truth, justice, and all things good and pure in the world... is that the reality though?Come show me why I should respect this sh t, cause ya sure as fukk aint gonna scare/hardass/trash it outta me. That'll make me feel the opposite of respect. Is doing what your told, or else, respectable? What if doing what your told is wrong in every way shape and form and you know it deep inside but are too chickensh t to stand up and say it and refuse to comply so you follow the flock into battle? Sometimes "or else" is the proper choice no matter what it is.. If ya really wanna fight for, and defend what's right. Wouldn't you agree? Is this sh t respectable? I find it fukking contemptable, and take full responsibilty for it as an American. We outta be fukking ashamed of ourselves, not prancing around the fukking globe like Conan. We can thank foreigners for the footage since our national media was kept an arms length away during the entire operation. How respectable.. odd though, you'd a thunk we'd have loved to have the world see our fight for goodness Once again, I wont expect a reply.. foolish pride is too respectable to swallow and tell the fukking truth. So we lie to ourselves.. Meh.. no more for me. Truth is the truth is the truth. Matter of fact, don't even bother watching.. ignorance is bliss.. Let's just say wez is a retard. Quote
hugo Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 1989: On December 15, the Panamanian National Assembly names Noriega head of government and declares that Panama is in "a state of war" with the United States Maybe, they should not have declared war. Duuuuhh. hahaha.. okie dokie.. maybe we should have not had him on the C.I.A. payroll throughout the 70's under then C.I.A. director George Bush and put him into power.. Duuuuuhh Since he was our puppet gone awry and didn't wanna be a yes man anymore, kinda like Saddam, does that mean we really declared war on ourselves to justify invading? Yep, we were taken by surprise by this declaration of war and slaughtered them 5days later.. Out of the blue Panama declares war on the United States? See, we're the victims here.. just ask TJ. What a fukking joke.. Quote
