Is there a specific hot pepper sauce?

.

Tabasco Red Sauce is what I use. Nothing else crosses my mind.

I mean, you don't have to use that sauce. You can try whatever variety/style/brand you want to.

I've never cooked with yogurt before. What dose that do? Or is just for flavor?

The turkey is lean. When it is grounded down and then mashed into burger patties, it easily falls apart. The plain yogurt acts as a glue to hold the patty together.

It also supplies a contrast of taste with the dill seasoning.

It's good... try it!

Tabasco is the cornerstone of any nutritious meal.

I especially love it on eggs and in my grits.

Yeah... it's not too bad.

Of the weaker hot sauces, I like Frank's Red Hot. I love it especially on my greens: collards and turnips, black eyed peas, crowder peas, and chicken livers.

Goooood!

I'm definitely trying that next time I decide to cook (fridge full of leftovers). I LOVE ground turkey and buy ground beef once every six months, if that. I got a nifty make your own hotsauce kit for Xmas this year. I'll make some to go with these delicious burgers.

The original Louisiana hot sauce can't be beat. Simple, purer flavor. Need more heat add jalapenos.

I'll make this tomorrow. The only thing I will change is add 2 or 3 jalapenos.

Nobody but me is into the spicy crap at my house but I love ground turkey too. My wife can make a kick ass spaghetti sauce but I of course have to spice my own plate up.

Has anybody seen the Tims Cabainro chips? The halipino chips are fantastic but these Cabainro's are an awesome change!

Hooray! No longer will I have to live as a homeless vagabond!

These sound fantastic and adding the yogurt as a binding agent is a suprising element. I will have to give this recipe a go.

I'll start packing now.:D

I also love a good roast beef sammich with six tablespoons of pure horseradish. That right there is good eatin's. There's a place in the middle of nowhere CT that does one of the local fairs each year. You have to get there early before they sell out. I'm not a huge eater, but I managed to scarf four of those babies down. Ugh, now I'm hungry.

You give a whole new definition to the word "tramp". Oh... wait... no you don't.

My first attempt, I completely screwed them up. I decided that I wouldn't need to use the yogurt, because I used a flat griddle. Big mistake! Since turkey is so lean, the yogurt is very important to holding the integrity of the burger together.

There are two ways to pronounce "sandwich"; the correct way and "sammich". I prefer "sammich", because it sounds gooder. Me and my country-ass speech.
