North Shore/Duluth pics...

Just got back from a little trip up there with my cuz and thought I'd post some pics from the net.. I used to live there in the early 90's.. Beautiful place.

 

Duluth is on the south western tip of Lake Superior. Lots of huge ore ships are always coming in and out.. May remember the Edmund Fitzgerald, or at least the Gordon Lightfoot song..

Devils kettle on the Brule river is one of my favs.. Water goes in a rock hole and no one knows where it comes out.. People tried to put dye in it, ping pong balls, etc, to try to to see.. Who knows. Cool place.. It's right near the Canadian border at the last state park.. Judge C.R. Magney.
