Can I say that this is impossible? No. The problem is that everything in me, including eveything that has been done historically, and continues to be done by our leaders and even financial/corporate leaders tells me these morons don't have the ability to look past the next election or fiscal report. In order for this to happen, these scoundrals would have to work together and have enough forsight to make a plan that wouldn't come to fruition until most of them were dead.

Hmmmm... would explain a lot of what my eyes see. Plus, these people have kept the power in their families and little circles for many generations .. They recognize no borders and have no loyalty to any country or government. They think they are above that. Why would they stop now, even if it doesn't come to fruition before they die? Maybe they wanna be remembered by their bloodlines as the hero's who handed them the Earth on a silver platter? Maybe they're feverishly working on ways to prolong life their lives.. Wez, first off. I was kidding. Second. nobody lives by the Bible. Nobody is expected to live and do as the Bible says. We are only to try to do what Jesus wants of us. It is well aware we are all sinners and can't help it. We can only try to be better than others.

 

As far as your whole "standards" I have never claimed we as a nation were perfect, but in the last 200 plus years, we're the best that has come along.

 

If you want to get into little or past flaws. I now challenge you to find anywhere, with any kind of history without any.

 

You and Shiek have been trying to bait this argument and I have declined but, as I said the US has had it's mistakes in the past but in large I feel compared to your favorite country, Russia, the motives have been selfish but much less so at the expense of the nations affected.

 

I have been to Russia and from my personal experience is what i was talking from. You and Sheik kept trying to bait me into an argument insinuating that I don't get informed and only go off of the western journalists views.

 

In fact I have taken from my personal experience in this country, articles from foreign nations that aren't western including The Moscow Times to make my opinon.

 

I stand by this opinion and the current results in Georgia where Russia not only is maintaining control of South Ossetia and Abkhazia and now extending into Georgia for the supposed, "buffer zone". That is what the USSR called the countries they controlled. Buffer zones.

 

I think the fears of the former "buffer zone" countries along with my personal knowledge and research have more credibility than you and Sheik's, "I don't like the west" rationalle. Don't you think. I think the Poles, Czechs, Ukranians and Georgians have a bit more insight into what Russia is like than the two of you.

As far as the Bible. It's crap. It's a book of lies and myths designed to keep people in check. You're so into the deficiencies of the US government, if you want to see a crap load of lies and inconsistencies, compare the old testament to the new testement teachings of "Jesus".

I have often and at different points in my life. I came to the conclusion that no "organized religion" can do for me what I can't decide t do for myself. I spent too many a Sunday looking at all the people who are in church, listening to them, judging others, commenting on who does what and gossiping, while supposedly being under the guise that there is only one person fit to judge man, and that's God, but instead, they chose to judge their fellow man for what they wore, ore what they did or how much money they had. I couldn't handle the hypocrity any more.
