How I would stimulate the economy, By Phreakwars

My theory is, you could stimulate the economy by simply changing our yearly income tax filing date from April 15th to September 15th instead. Start our fiscal year in July. My reasoning....

 

September is the beginning of the cold season in America, at the same time, it is also the HOLIDAY season. Alot of retail outlets count on this time to boost sales, it's kind of hard to compete when people are trying to heat their homes at the same time... people are worried, and Christmas, doesn't look to be as bright as it would have like to have been.

 

It would ease the burden from consumers if they knew they were getting their refund checks at the same time that they need to start spending more money.

 

Overall I feel this would boost end of year sales and provide relief to struggling families.

GB, whilst "serving" in the military, was AWOL much of the time from his post on some base for snotty, elite kids. Cheney got several deferments from the military in his youth.. Now they like to kick the worlds ass with other peoples kids just like daddy did. They invade sovereign countries based upon lies, killing sh tloads of human beings making them war criminals.

 

16 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi, like Bin Laden. They hate us because we are in their country and region of the world killing sh tloads of people for the last 20 years as well as protecting their Royal family, which they also hate because they are sloths who do their country no good for the average citizen, but can not get rid of them because we protect them.

 

If we handed over GB and Cheney as the war criminals that they are, got our ass out of the middle east and stopped killing sh tloads of people, and stopped protecting the Royal Family, it would greatly reduce, if not eliminate our risk of terrorism from more Saudis.

 

So, we could sacrifice those two and accomplish what those two are claiming they are trying to accomplish, but never will because they are lying sacks of sh t, rather than sacrifice thousands more of our nations children and possibly thousands of civilians in another attack.

 

And I asked, would those two take one for the team, or cry a river to anyone who would listen if asked to make the ultimate sacrifice for God and country.

 

I'm guessing that would be a big no, and a river would be cried.

Less defense spending?.. Or less offense spending, I should say..Plus we could seize those two's assets and fix our roads. We could also hand over daddy for crimes against the people of Panama, throw Barbara in prison as a willing accomplice, and seize their assets as well. We could also eliminate the dept. of homeland insecurity, saving billions more. Be debt free in 5 years..

So the only thing I got out of this that I agreed on was that 16 out of 19 hijackers were Saud's. Why hand over GB to the Saud's for war crimes? Hmmm...? After all wasn't it the Saud's the perpetrators? The Saud's ARE the ones that attacked us! Now if Bush had the Patton mentality and just went right to the root of the problem and thumped Saudi Arabia , what would you be saying now? Hmm.. primitive blah blah blah.. something to that effect. We had no business?

As it stands, they wouldn't even have to move the tax due date. They could just delay giving us our refunds. That would be the same as what you're proposing in the first post, would it not?

Yes, that would also be similar. I mean if they can coordinate a date period for mass mailing stimulus checks, then surely they can coordinate this in the same way to distribute tax rebates... or is this too socialist? What would be the downside?

I honestly think it would screw the economy because stores currently expect large amounts of money coming their way between May and June/July.

 

Then when they don't...they get screwed royally. So I'm willing to bet that would hurt our economy more than help it. That, and if you think about it, you're getting your tax refund to replenish the debt you went into in the holiday season. People would go into the same amount of debt with your plan, but just buy cooler . However, that would the citizenry in the long run, because then they can't get out of their debt (people are too stupid to spend within their means), so they'd just get boned.
