I may be completely wrong, but I have a feeling that Obama is planning to make a VP change.

I think they are going to fake a family emergency or health reason Biden needs to bow out, and he is going to pick up Hillary as VP.

I have these reasons to say this...

Barack Obama is meeting with Bill Clinton in New York, as state that he has no worry about winning. There is no reason to meet with Bill in New York unless he needs desperate help from the Clintons and will sell his soul to get it.

Barack is sh!tting his pants over the Sarah Palin bump.

Joe Biden disappeared from the scene for several days, Obama has taken on the usual role of VP in the attack mode on the opposite party and he said this about Hillary today...

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GM537BgCsMg]YouTube - Joe Biden: Hillary Clinton would've been better VP than me[/ame]

and that was said on MSNBC who has their heads completely up Obama's ass.

OR.......Biden could have just said that to get media attention.

It didn't work. Nobody is reporting on Biden. In fact he's a non-factor right now. I think he's being kept under wraps before he makes an sexist or racial gaffe like he's known to do, before Obama and Bill meet to decide what to do.

I hope your wrong, I hate Hillary.

If you don't like McCain/Palin then you better be right.

I'm just looking at several signs and happenings. I may be completely way off. I also really question if the DNC is that stupid to not believe that it will look like a sign of desperation. So again, I may be way off.

All I gotta say, is if he picked Hillary, I would stay home.

Clinton would have him assassinated probably after his first year so she can claim the throne for a possible 11 year run as the queen.

Obama would lose more voters then he would gain by going with Hillary, so I'm gonna go with Joe was just being extra nice and kissing ass.

this has been such an interesting race...

This would not surprise me at all. I said form the beginning the best way for the Dems to really attempt a victory was a Hillary/Obama ticket (pretty irrelevant on who is where for my scenario to play out.)

Wouldn?t that make Obama look stupid and indecisive?

Good observation, IWS. We'll see how this pans out. I've never seen a nominee and candidate actually say someone else would be better suited for the position than them. This looks interesting.

I definitely agree with you on the Palin nomination. It threw the democrats for a loop.

No matter what Clinton tells Obama to do, at this point any change in the ticket will be seen as reactionary to Sarah, this will again show he is scared of her and that will give her more power with the common people.

"NEVER LET THEM SEE YOU SWEAT."

Clearly Obama has already flinched at the inclusion of Sarah to the ticket, he is rattled and if he changes his running mate now, he will be admitting his first choice was a bad decision on his part. This will leave all the room in the world to talk about how weak he is to get scared and how he is second guessing himself now in an election, what happens when he faces real life and death issues?

If I was his advisor I would tell him to embrace his runnuing mate and move foward with feigned (if not real) confidence and attack the issues and one very importent thing, STOP TALKING ABOUT SARAH. He is running against McCain, if he does not get his attention back to McCain he will lose big at the election.

I don't see it happening. It would make him look like a chump and Clinton has too high a negative rating. Even many Dems (e.g. Bender) hate her.

If it were to happen, they would have to wait a little while, and use a "'health" or "family" issue as the reason Biden needs to drop out. Kind of like George McGovern's first pick for VP, Thomas Eagleton, who was forced of the Dem ticket in 1972 for mental health reasons.

IF Obama chooses to switch, it would only prove his indecisivness to his opponents and thier voters... BUT... I have to say... I could go the other way... He had the balls to tackle Oreilly, and that worked out well for him... Proved he had balls... and he could spin a change in ticket to being a very fluid leader... which is exactly how he has tried to come off since the inception of his candidacy...

Like the Zen Master... We'll see...:)

From the parts I saw Oreilly put Obama in his place. Oreilly asked him were he was gonna come up with all this money if he wasn't gonna tax the middle class and Obama fumbled around and didn't directly answer .

I'm actually suprised... I've always stood by Oreilly becuase he is usually on the right side of the arguments, but I have always maintained two things...

#1 Oreilly is ultimately and asshole...

#2 he tends to reel it in when confronting big ticket holders...

I actually figured he would pander a bit... but, He stuck it to him when he needed to, and layed low long enough to allow him to make his points...

Hurray for Oreilly...
