timesjoke Posted September 12, 2008 Posted September 12, 2008 Until Americans see the commercial stating that McCain doesn't even know how to use a computer or send emails Ya, I saw that, it is pretty funny that Obama makes all these claims about how he is bringing a new age for Washington but here he is leading the way with attacking people on things that have nothing to do with leading this Country. Like being a computer wiz is some kind of qualification to running something. This is Obama's biggest problem, he has no history of any executive experience. Even his own running mate said this: The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training. So, to dodge this very important liability for Obama, he is trying to make things like using a computer sound like qualifications for being President. He talks of his campaign being executive experience when we all know he has managers who are doing the executive work. Obama is getting desperate because even Sarah has ten times the executive experience Obama cound ever dream of having and the voters are starting to take notice. Quote
snafu Posted September 12, 2008 Posted September 12, 2008 Until Americans see the commercial stating that McCain doesn't even know how to use a computer or send emails I have co-workers that didn't know a thing about computers but it didn't take much to show them. Now a few of them still refuse to use email but as long as I have it, they really don't need it. But in the event that they might need to learn it, it shouldn't take but a day or two. The point is, McCain DOESN'T stay current. McCain doesn't show up for important votes. His own party has been pissed at him for not showing on several occasions. McCain is stubborn, and stuck in the past. It has nothing to do with actual typing, and nobody said anything about being a computer wiz. Quote Do the right thing!

It has nothing to do with actual typing, and nobody said anything about being a computer wiz. In the end, Mr. Obama chose neither to vote for nor against the bill. He voted ?present,? effectively sidestepping the issue, an option he invoked nearly 130 times as a state senator. Old Salt Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 And how does this compare to the rest of the Presidential candidates who are Senators or Congressmen? (Obama, Clinton, Biden, etc.) The Obama vote was strictly in the IL Senate, the way I understand it. Quote
