wez Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 LAS VEGAS (AP) -- O.J. Simpson, who went from American sports idol to celebrity-in-exile after he was acquitted of murder in 1995, was found guilty Friday of robbing two sports-memorabilia dealers at gunpoint in a Las Vegas hotel room.... By LINDA DEUTSCH Read the full story. Simpson's past haunted the case. Las Vegas police officers were heard in the recordings chuckling over Simpson's misfortune and crowing that if Los Angeles couldn't "get" him, they would. Guilty of this, but not murder. Bet he gets many years for it too.. Guilty of causing Nicoles and Rons death in a civil case, but not a criminal case. Justice is truly blind, for those with money. Thirteen years to the day after being acquitted of killing his wife and her friend in Los Angeles, O.J. Simpson was found guilty of robbing two sports-memorabilia dealers at gunpoint in a Las Vegas hotel room. How ironic.. guess 13 really is an unlucky number.. Quote
Guest sheik-yerbouti Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 I never understood how they came to this verdict. He bought the murder weapon. He had the weapon honed a day or two before the murder. He had their blood all over his clothes. Quote
