Actually that means the entire family is eligable for free federal public housing. It only requires that one member of the household is an American citizen, while millions of other born and raises citizens sit on a waiting list. Quote

I see no reason not to tax download content. If you go to the music store and buy a tune, you get taxed. If you buy software in a store, you get taxed. If you buy a pair of jeans in a store, you get taxed. He77, if he wanted to help the brick and mortar shops he could tax downloads at a higher rate - call it a "convenience" tax. The big problem would be which gov't entities get your tax dollars. After all, if you go out of state and make a purchase your home state doesn't get a cut of the sales tax you pay. Quote
