I say it's a step in the right direction... the direction of finally prosecuting and imposing sentence on them. I say they are all more then likely guilty of capitol crimes. I picture man-caused disasters as a dam breach that floods a town, clearing a forrest from a mountain that causes a mud slide that destroys homes, etc... Not so much driving a car load of explosives in the middle of a crowded market and blowing up people. That's terrorism. Quote
