phreakwars Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 That's about the biggest joke of a tea party campaign I have ever seen. It's unbelievable the number of people falling for it. IT'S CORPORATE SPONSORED !! A bunch of corporate guys came up with the idea of convincing the working class to go have a "TEA PARTY" like protest to prevent the rich from being taxed more. Unsuspecting supporters are so stupid, they DESERVE to be swindled by corporations. It goes a little something like this... DOWN WITH THE NEW TAX ON THE RICH, WE WORKED HARD TO MAKE THEM RICH AND THEY DESERVE IT, DOWN WITH GIVING US THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS LABOR FORCE OUR MONEY BACK, WERE SO STUPID WE THINK ITS GOING TO THE POOR WHO ONLY WANT A HAND OUT... GIVE IT BACK TO THE RICH, THEY DESERVE IT WE DON'T !! And that's pretty much what this big tea party hoopla is all about. SUCKERS !!!!!!! . . Quote https://www.facebook.com/phreakwars

Always leaning on skinny umbrellas and pulling hankies from their sleeve. Oh no..... we don't want no part of that! Either way, a revolution is brewing in the country. ImWithStupid Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 On a serious and non-partisan note... The first tea parties started spontaneously back in February to protest the growth of the federal government and robbing the future generations with the massive government spending that was going on and it was directed at the bailouts last fall along with the stimulus and upcoming $3.9 T budget. It originally didn't have anything to do with corporations or lobbyists for anyone. Nor was it against anyone or any party in particular, but admittedly the movement definitely leans to be more of a conservative stance (smaller government) but most of the places I've seen or heard of events, strenuously advocate not to make it a Rep vs. Dem or anti-Obama or anti-anything but against big gov or big spending. That said. I'm sure lobbyists have injected their opinion and influence into some of these upcoming events on April 15th, though. They always do and that's one of the problems with D.C. Quote

It started as a grass roots movement, backed by no party, no company, or any lobby, and is based on non-party movements for smaller government and less spending. Period. And even if we had cooperation contributions why would that be a bad thing? I want lower taxes. I want to fix the economy so maybe it would be in the best interest of some corporation to a have a person with more money in their pocket to buy their product. I don't see some corp. benefiting from taxation. Quote "You can't stop insane people from doing insane things by passing insane laws. That's just insane!" Penn & Teller NEVER FORGOTTEN

Any you try to paint Glenn Beck and such as whack-o's. What the hell is that supposed to prove? The first tea parties were spontaneous. Like the one in Cincinatti where over 5,000 people showed up and not a whisper of a corporate sponsor, or unlike liberal protests, not a single act of civil disobedience or violence. Everything you're posting is weeks after the first tea parties were called for. No proof yet. Keep trying. Quote

snafu Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I see you and SNAFU moved yourselves to the State of Denial and are getting along well. . . OK we are in denial that this is a corporation conspiracy for some unknown reason and that we aren't being or will be over taxed to get us out of this 3 trillion spending spree? Oh yeah we can print more besides taxation and inflate the dollar so the yen can become the world currency. Quote "You can't stop insane people from doing insane things by passing insane laws. ImWithStupid Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I guess you'll have some company in the State of Denial. Just like your buddies at the Daily Kos and MSNBC, you don't need any facts to back your left wing ideology. CNBC is far from right wing and neither was Rick Santelli or Cramer until they disagreed with the Obama Administration. On that note. Despite your incorrect backing tried to mislead, as the left always does, Santelli never called for the tax day tea parties. Try again. Quote
phreakwars Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 I already laid out the facts, you just don't want to accept them, you'd rather sneer them away and blame it on some sort of left wing agenda from news agency's.. OK whatever.. not that I have ever heard any of what I posted on any of the aforementioned sites, but believe what you want... oops, I mean what you have been programmed to. . .
