You realize that we have plenty of oil ourselves. Possibly more than Canada and Mexico. Maybe we'd feel the need to go after it.

 

We pay the same for Canadian and Mexican oil as we do for any other oil.

In as much as the GOP can scream DRILL BABY DRILL, when it comes right down to it, no frikken way are they gonna do it so willingly. That's all political fodder hype. Opec/Exxon/etc.. runs the show, not the voters. If anything can be said about the politicians, the oil companies grease the right a bit more then the left and it's only for tax cuts, not because it would be in any interest of the American people.
